Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order for any reason please contact the us via contact us link. We will straight away cancel the order and issue refund if the item has not been shipped. If the item has already been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request, we will cancel the order but recover the shipping charges from you and issue refund for the balance amount only.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times depend on the nature of the product and if they are custom made for the customer. The probable delivery time will be indicated in the product contract. If we are not able to deliver the product within the stated time we would either extend the delivery time with customer’s acceptance or refund the value paid. The delivery is subject to force majeure and we cannot be held liable for reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, etc.
Return Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. We provide all the details about the products in our website. We cannot accept returns due to perceived difference or customers taste. Customers are advised to view the product specifications and get clarified from us any doubt before placing the orders. Please read the product descriptions, price, and other details of each product. If your are not satisfied with our product for any reason please contact us and explain your point. We will strive our best to satisfy your requirements.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made within two days of our accepting the cancellation request. If we do not confirm the cancellation we will not issue any refund. Refunds will always be made by the same mode of payment which was originally used to make payment for the order. It will also be issued to the same account from which the payment was made and not any other person or account.
Note:
All our products and services are custom made and hence we do not accept cancellations one the order has been accepted and paid for. We may relax this rule only in very exceptional cases in our own discretion.
